Industrial IoT monitoring platform
Monitor every plant and device you run
Energy, process, water and air — one system across every site.
NeMo reads meters, PLCs, inverters and field devices on the protocols they already speak, keeps the history with no limit, and turns it into the indicators you actually run on. Data hosted in Italy.
18 million signals a day
01 Field collection
Every signal counts.
We gather data from machines, sensors and vehicles — whatever the source, wherever they are. One coherent stream, from field to platform.
Powered on and already talking — self-configuring in the field
02 Secure ingestion
Everything arrives.
Securely, in real time.
Data travels encrypted to the platform and is available the moment it is produced — with store-and-forward resilience when the link drops.
03 Live memory & deep archive
The present always ready.
The past never lost.
Data lands and is instantly available in live memory. As it ages, scheduled processes move it into the deep archive — unlimited history, always available.
04 Scheduled analysis
It works while you sleep.
Scheduled jobs turn raw data into indicators and summaries, at regular intervals, with no manual work.
05 Intelligence
See the fault
before it happens.
Models flag anomalies, recognise patterns and project the trend ahead, so you act before the plant stops.
06 Visualization
Everything under control.
Real-time dashboards, multi-plant views, always-current indicators. Complexity becomes a clear decision.

07 The node in the field
One node,
every protocol.
The gateway reads what your plant already speaks and sends it on encrypted. It enrols in one step, and when the line drops it keeps measuring.
It powers on and already talks

08 Your algorithms
Your calculation,
inside the platform.
A script declares the series it needs and returns a value. It opens no connection, holds no credential and reaches no network: the runner resolves the inputs, checks what comes back and writes it. Your formula travels, your data does not.
Try it on history before it runs live
@script(slug="air-specific-energy", granularity="1d")
@series_input("air_flow", unit="Nm3/h", bucket="15m")
@series_input("comp_power", unit="kW", bucket="15m")
@param("min_flow_nm3h", type="number")
@output("specific_energy", unit="kWh/Nm3")
def compute(ctx, inputs):
...
return {"specific_energy": value}
09 Applications
Four families of plant, one system.
What changes between them is the quantity read and the protocol it arrives on. Underneath, the measurement is the same.
10 Where it goes
Measuring is the first rung, not the last
You cannot reduce what you do not measure. Once the history is there, the same data carries you up: from knowing, to knowing early, to acting on it.
- 01 · Measure
Know what you actually consume
Per department, per line, per vector — continuously, and not from the bill. It is also the measured history the audit will require from 2027.
- 02 · Understand
The indicators that matter here
Consumption per part, seasonal efficiency, temperature differential, specific energy. Computed on your data, with your formula — not picked from a packaged list.
- 03 · Predict
See it coming, not afterwards
With enough history the models project expected load, spot drift and flag the anomaly before the plant stops. Remaining component life belongs here too.
- 04 · Act
Turn the reading into a decision
Which source is cheaper right now, which intervention pays back, whether the last one actually worked. This is where measurement stops being a cost and starts returning one.
11 Why NeMo
A platform, not a project.
One system
From the sensor to the dashboard. Nothing to hold together between products from different vendors.
It connects itself
The node powers on, configures itself and starts sending. No commissioning project.
History with no expiry
Today's reading is ready in live memory. The one from four years ago is still queryable.
Measured, not estimated
Consumption per energy vector, read from the meters continuously. What an energy audit has to be able to show.
Your data, in Italy
Isolated per customer by the database itself, not by an application filter, and hosted in Italy on Nexilica infrastructure.
All your data.
One single view.
A 30-minute technical call to go through your plants, your meters and your deadlines. No commitment.
