Wastewater treatment plant monitoring

Process parameters and energy on the same time axis, so discharge compliance and cost per cubic metre can be read together.

Modbus IEC 60870-5-104 PROFINET OPC-UA

Illustrative figures.

What NeMo reads

The quantities that matter

The process is tuned on parameters, the costs are reviewed at month end, and the two numbers never meet. Meanwhile the blowers are the heaviest energy item on the plant.

01

Flows

Inlet and outlet, which bound the perimeter inside which every other number means something.

02

Process parameters

Dissolved oxygen, pH and redox potential, sampled often enough to see a reaction happen.

03

Turbidity and solids

At the outlet and in the tank, where compliance turns on a threshold and a duration.

04

Power draw

Blowers, pumps and dewatering: blowers alone are often half the plant's consumption.

05

Levels and running hours

To tell a machine running because it is needed from one nobody has re-tuned.

How it connects

It speaks your field’s language

Meters, analysers, controllers and probes: the node connects to what is already installed, over the protocol it already speaks. Nothing in the field is replaced to get started.

Powered on and already talking — self-configuring in the field

What comes out

From the reading to the decision

kWh per cubic metre

The energy cost of treatment, comparable between lines and between periods.

Discharge trends

Compliance parameters continuously, with the windows where they left the band.

Removal efficiency

What the process is actually abating, rather than what it was designed to abate.

Environmental history

Continuous series for reporting, which holds up under a check years later.

Start from your plants

A 30-minute technical call to go through what you already measure, what you do not, and what it would take to close the gap.
